Responsibilities
- Oversee a select group of major media clients and create long-term strategic account plans.
- Establish and nurture relationships with top-level executives in technology, digital, editorial, advertising, content, audience development, product, data, and AI sectors.
- Lead enterprise-level sales initiatives involving multiple departments, procurement, legal, and technical stakeholders.
- Discover key opportunities for AI integration in content creation, editorial processes, advertising, audience analytics, personalization, customer service, knowledge management, engineering, and workplace productivity.
- Support clients in creating and launching AI-driven products for end users, advertisers, creators, subscribers, and enterprise collaborators.
- Work closely with Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Research teams to design tailored programs, prove business impact, and ensure smooth implementation.
- Take ownership of revenue goals and usage targets, provide reliable forecasting, and promote ongoing platform adoption.
- Grow platform reach across client brands, subsidiaries, regions, business divisions, and strategic projects.
- Address customer demands around data privacy, security, governance, intellectual property, content rights, and ethical AI use.
- Create executive-level business proposals that tie AI implementation to tangible results such as increased revenue, audience interaction, subscriber retention, ad performance, efficiency gains, and faster content production.
- Provide market intelligence from the media sector to shape product development, industry strategy, and account planning.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, and Business Operations to strengthen key customer relationships.
- Help define and scale a consistent sales approach for the media industry while enhancing the organization's visibility and influence.
