Responsibilities
- Oversee a select portfolio of key professional services clients, creating and implementing strategic account plans focused on sustained expansion.
- Establish and maintain senior-level relationships across consulting, technology, delivery, and innovation functions.
- Guide enterprise clients through every phase of AI integration, from initial planning to deployment and scaling.
- Collaborate with solutions, research engineering, and product teams to develop and deliver complex AI initiatives.
- Achieve assigned consumption revenue goals by promoting deep platform adoption across large global organizations.
- Produce reliable consumption revenue forecasts and ensure forecasting accuracy.
- Discover and pursue expansion opportunities in new business units, regions, service offerings, and AI-driven client solutions.
- Evaluate key performance metrics to generate reports and deliver strategic insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor trends in professional services, AI transformation, competitive activity, and partnerships to inform product and market strategies.
- Work closely with teams across solutions, marketing, communications, business operations, finance, product, engineering, and research.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
- Support the evolution and reinforcement of company culture.
