INDG is hiring an Account Director - Digital Healthcare

About the Role

Shape the future of digital healthcare by leading strategic relationships with key clients. In this role, you'll drive account growth by deeply understanding client needs and translating them into impactful digital and 3D solutions. You'll act as a trusted advisor, working closely with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across multinational healthcare organizations.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and strengthen enterprise accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities across regions, departments, and business units
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving SaaS and project-based offerings
  • Translate business challenges into scalable technology-driven solutions
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design compelling proposals and ensure delivery alignment
  • Support project scoping, milestones, and resolution of client challenges
  • Represent the organization at industry events and through external partnerships
  • Travel internationally to maintain strong client presence and engagement

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years of commercial experience in healthcare or a related sector
  • Proven success in managing and growing enterprise accounts
  • Experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles and executive stakeholder environments
  • Solid understanding of digital transformation, SaaS, and technology solutions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with delivery and project teams
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
