WPP Media is hiring an Account Director, Cross Channel

Responsibilities

  • Partner with EMEA Media Solutions leadership to align regional strategy and operational practices.
  • Lead the creation and supervision of localized campaign strategies tailored to Spain and Italy for greater market relevance.
  • Serve as the strategic liaison between the London office and the Delhi execution center, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Develop deep insight into client business goals and KPIs, identifying industry trends and product opportunities in EMEA.
  • Advance account maturity by applying cross-channel insights and recommending sophisticated optimization strategies for European markets.
  • Manage campaign timelines and implement corrective plans to eliminate recurring issues through detailed tracking.
  • Ensure campaigns operate effectively by integrating execution efforts within the broader cross-channel framework.
  • Collaborate with local planning teams to adapt central strategies to regional specifics in target markets.
  • Design and deploy automation solutions to improve efficiency across EMEA workflows.
  • Work with the Delhi team to close capability gaps and provide necessary strategic context for accurate execution.
  • Maximize resource efficiency by guiding extended teams on routine operational tasks.
