As an Account Development Representative fluent in Swedish, you’ll play a key role in expanding our enterprise footprint by identifying high-potential prospects and advancing qualified leads through the sales cycle. You'll collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to target strategic accounts, uncover business challenges, and communicate the value of our platform in a way that resonates with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with sales leadership to define target accounts and prioritize outreach based on strategic goals
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads to assess needs, qualify opportunities, and guide prospects to the next stage
- Conduct in-depth research to map decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
- Leverage sales tools and platforms to streamline outreach and improve efficiency
- Translate customer pain points into tailored engagement strategies, including event invitations and targeted campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and ensure timely follow-up
- Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings through ongoing learning
- Build trusted relationships through consistent, consultative communication
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, with strong communication skills
- Comfort using CRM systems, prospecting tools, and standard productivity software
- Ability to research accounts independently and identify key stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated with a focus on accuracy, continuous improvement, and goal achievement
- Familiarity with technical platforms and developer-centric products is a plus
Work Environment
