Responsibilities
- Organize and manage course schedules by gathering course and room requirements, resolving scheduling conflicts, evaluating enrollment and waitlist data, and proposing necessary changes
- Oversee the hiring process for temporary instructors, including preparing payroll documentation and monitoring teaching assignments
- Maintain, monitor, and assess administrative and financial records using multiple software systems and digital platforms
- Manage the academic calendar by coordinating updates, tracking revisions, and staying current on course offerings, program rules, and institutional policies
- Support academic meetings and presentations by distributing materials to leadership and committees to guide decisions on enrollment and curriculum
- Design, execute, document, and evaluate operational workflows and internal procedures, with recommendations for enhancements
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries within the role's scope, providing guidance and directing questions to appropriate parties as needed
