About the Role
The recruiter will manage full-cycle hiring for retail and corporate roles across the Middle East, driving candidate engagement, utilizing sourcing strategies, and aligning with business goals to meet talent demands.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate positions across Middle Eastern markets
- Develop and execute sourcing plans to attract qualified local and international candidates
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive market engagement
- Partner with regional hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
- Conduct candidate assessments with a focus on cultural fit and brand alignment
- Manage applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance regional visibility
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies
- Coordinate interview logistics across multiple locations and time zones
- Deliver timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and time-to-fill performance
- Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and university campuses
- Collaborate with HR partners on onboarding and new hire integration
- Stay informed about regional employment trends and competitive practices
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all stages of the hiring process
- Use data to identify sourcing effectiveness and areas for improvement
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information
- Support special projects related to talent acquisition strategy
- Ensure consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints
