Intetics Inc. is seeking a part-time, hourly 3D LiDAR Specialist to provide on-demand consulting support for advanced tasks in MicroStation and TerraScan. This role offers expert guidance and workflow optimization for a professional international team.
What You'll Do
- Guide engineers on advanced workflows in MicroStation and TerraScan.
- Provide expert advice on the best tools and technical approaches.
- Assist with troubleshooting and quality control of complex deliverables.
- Run short knowledge-sharing sessions or mini-workshops to demonstrate key features or processes.
What We're Looking For
- Strong expertise in MicroStation and TerraScan, with hands-on experience in 3D feature extraction from LiDAR datasets.
- Solid background in working with large point clouds and generating CAD/GIS models.
- Good understanding of LiDAR classification principles and CAD data integration.
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes for LiDAR-derived products like DTM, breaklines, and vector deliverables.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, practical way.
- Flexibility in scheduling short consulting sessions when needed.
