Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and additional online marketplaces
- Maintain live, accurate, and compliant product listings with optimization for performance
- Monitor account health, platform alerts, and key performance indicators
- Track inventory levels across all sales channels to prevent stockouts and overselling
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams for fulfillment
- Oversee FBA and FBM logistics, including inbound shipments and demand forecasting
- Create, update, and refine product listings including titles, images, and product detail pages
- Ensure correct product categorization, accurate pricing, and proper variant setup
- Diagnose and resolve listing issues such as suppressions and backend errors
- Supervise order processing and fulfillment workflows across platforms
- Meet service level agreements for shipping, returns, and customer service response times
- Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies affecting customer experience
- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, bundles, and new product launches
- Partner with marketing teams to support TikTok Shop campaigns and activations
- Assist in launching new products and executing seasonal initiatives
- Track key performance metrics including conversion rates, average order value, and inventory turnover
- Find opportunities to increase operational efficiency, profitability, and revenue growth
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor and communicate marketplace performance
