Responsibilities

Arrange orders in trays for efficient processing at the loading dock.
Assign incoming and outgoing loads to designated dock doors and generate required documentation such as pick lists and row cards.
Verify incoming inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to records.
Coordinate the dispatching of trailers into and out of dock positions.
Communicate product availability and load status updates to support teams and production supervisors.
Oversee trailer assignments and update their statuses in the system as needed.
Monitor product rotation to ensure proper stock sequencing.
Schedule upcoming load activities based on future delivery requirements.
Generate and distribute out-by-time reports to support timely shipments.
Support the loading dock team with additional tasks as required during off-peak periods.
Record shipment details accurately on a Load Sheet using Excel.
Perform other related duties as directed by management.
