Responsibilities
- Organize and assign work orders based on urgency and operational needs.
- Inspect production zones regularly to verify equipment and machinery are operating correctly.
- Carry out advanced maintenance tasks involving fabrication, welding, brazing, soldering, plumbing, and hydraulic systems.
- Service, calibrate, and replace electrical and electronic components and systems.
- Serve on the HAZMAT response team to maintain emergency readiness.
- Foster a culture of safety across all maintenance operations.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, including payroll documentation.
- Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and maintenance of refrigeration units, production machinery, and boiler systems, performing repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Keep accurate logs and submit required reports.
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.
- Follow, uphold, and update Process Safety Management (PSM) policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
- Attend scheduled meetings as required.
