Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines
- Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Support food safety compliance and proper storage of ingredients
- Work within a team to deliver timely and efficient meal services
- Handle food supplies with attention to inventory and waste reduction
- Follow health and safety protocols in all kitchen operations
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning of food service areas
- Adapt to remote living and working conditions in northern Manitoba

- Respond to feedback from camp staff and supervisors
