About the Role
This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding support, while working closely with hiring teams across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage qualified candidates using multiple sourcing methods
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Manage applicant tracking system data and ensure accurate records
- Coordinate interview scheduling across different time zones
- Communicate regularly with candidates to maintain engagement
- Provide feedback to candidates after each hiring stage
- Negotiate job offers and support acceptance processes
- Partner with teams to understand departmental hiring needs
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders throughout hiring cycles
- Track key recruitment metrics and report on performance
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations during hiring
- Represent the employer brand during candidate interactions
- Use data to refine sourcing strategies and improve outcomes
- Support onboarding procedures for newly hired candidates
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting in tech or startup environments
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion hiring practices
- Previous work in global recruitment settings
- Certification in talent acquisition or HR
