Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Supervisor in completing assigned daily responsibilities.
- Collaborate with quality team members to assess product outcomes, address inquiries and concerns, and maintain performance targets for yield and efficiency.
- Help organize, manage, and guide quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and food safety initiatives to meet company, legal, and client standards.
- Contribute to workforce planning, including hiring, training design, performance evaluations, and identifying opportunities to improve staff productivity and operational effectiveness, with proper documentation.
- Provide instruction and support for cross-training quality technicians and examiners.

Base Salary: $19.25/HR min-$23.38/HR mid
