CROSS BORDER TALENTS is hiring a 1st Level Technical Support with German and English

Responsibilities

  • Join a dynamic team providing professional technical support to corporate customers and end users through chat communication
  • You will be responsible for resolving inquiries efficiently, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions
  • Escalate unresolved issues when necessary

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1)
  • Good English (B2 or higher)
  • Strong typing skills and ability to manage multiple chat conversations at once
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems quickly
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Team player with a customer-centric mindset

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus
