Responsibilities
- Lead statistical programming efforts for oncology clinical trials
- Develop and validate analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures
- Ensure compliance with CDISC SDTM and ADaM standards
- Collaborate with biostatisticians and data management teams
- Review programming specifications and analysis plans
- Support regulatory submissions with accurate programming outputs
- Mentor junior programming staff
- Implement and maintain programming standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot data issues and resolve programming discrepancies
- Participate in cross-functional project meetings
- Ensure timely delivery of programming deliverables
- Contribute to the validation of statistical outputs
- Review external vendor programming work
- Maintain documentation for programming processes
- Stay current with evolving regulatory requirements
- Support audit and inspection readiness activities
- Utilize SAS and other programming tools for data analysis
- Optimize programming efficiency through automation
- Ensure consistency across study deliverables
- Participate in the planning of programming timelines
- Provide input on study design from a programming perspective
- Assist in the development of data specifications
- Coordinate with programming teams across regions
- Ensure data integrity throughout the programming lifecycle
- Support the creation of analysis datasets for interim and final analyses
